PNGAAV Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2026

The Papua New Guinea Australia Association of Victoria (PNGAAV) invites all members and the wider community to attend our Annual General Meeting (AGM).

Date: Saturday, 7 February 2026

Venue: Brooklyn Community Hall

Time: 1pm - 5pm

Everyone is welcome to attend.

At the AGM, we will:

- Present the 2025 Annual Reports

- Conduct elections for new Executives and Committee members

- Have liklik kaikai (Please bring a plate of food to share)

Annual Membership Fees (2026):

- $30 – Single / Students

- $50 – Family (up to 4 members)

​

Important Notice:

Only financial members (those who have paid their 2026 annual membership) will be eligible to:

- Vote at the AGM

- Be nominated for Executive or Committee positions

​

We encourage all members to renew their membership and be part of shaping the future of PNGAAV.
